Our Family

We treasure time with our family and closest friends. Our families span coast to coast; some live nearby, and some live on the east coast. Heather’s mom and Randell’s parents live within minutes of us. Heather’s extended family lives about an hour away. Randell’s relatives are mostly on the east coast, from New York to Virginia, North Carolina, and Georgia.
 

We enjoy visiting with our loved ones and having dinners together to catch up. Our families are excited about our hopes to adopt a child, especially since this will be the first grandchild on both sides of our family.

Some of our close friends were adopted, and they are helping us deepen our understanding of adoption through their experiences. We can’t wait to welcome a child into our loving circle of family and friends!

We plan to be honest with our child about his or her adoption story, from an early age, and tell them how much you mean to us, and how their story was always rooted in love. You will always be a special part of our family.
